Great Portuguese beer. The best.

Also ran on beer but good.. Typical meat and cheese sandwich. Have to ask for mustardo lol.

Bottle of wine served us one evening by our hostess Helena. The H is silent. She was dropping us off at a restaurant but it was closed so she made us a great dinner. Lovely lady.. A realtor in real life.

My mother would not believe this but Phil and I ate at a place on a Sunday that has menu items for good price which includes soup to nuts. We chose the meat plan vs the fish and ended up with liver!  I hate liver but it was ok. Will pay closer attention in the future lol.

If we want dinner before 7,7:30 we have to cook it ourselves. Hostels usually have a kitchen for customers to use.. We made spaghetti and chorizo and cheese this night. Made an egg scramble in the morning.

This one is for you Joe. Phil had a seafood plate and he showed me the correct way to eat them. Bite the head off and eat it.. Will give it a try probably in Porto. Also want to try eel but don't think I will like it.
